At Ladies Styles, we are committed to supplying quality products to our wholesale customers. As we operate exclusively on a wholesale basis, returns and refunds are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned below.
Wholesale Orders – No General Returns
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
All orders placed with Ladies Styles are wholesale orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, unsold stock, incorrect size selection, or any other personal preference after the order has been dispatched.
Returns will only be considered if:
The product is received damaged or defective.
An incorrect product/design has been supplied.
The quantity received does not match the quantity invoiced.
The customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery through WhatsApp or phone and provide clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging as proof.
Once the return request has been reviewed and approved by Ladies Styles, the eligible product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
To qualify for an approved return, the product must:
Be unused, unwashed and unaltered.
Have its original tags and packaging.
Be in its original condition.
Be accompanied by the relevant invoice/order details.
Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.usiness days after approval.

6. Replacement / Refund
Minor differences in product colour may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, screen/display settings or different production batches.
Such minor colour variations will not be considered a defect and will not qualify for return or refund.
After the returned product is received and inspected, an eligible claim will normally be resolved through replacement.
If replacement of the same product is not possible, Ladies Styles may provide a refund or suitable credit adjustment, as applicable.
For an approved claim involving a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied product, return transportation/shipping charges will be borne by Ladies Styles.
